When I first really started going into a mission with a well-constructed flight plan and it was a success, I would go to the next mission worried that I would leave out a critical element that was the key to my accomplishment and fail to launch.

What I soon discovered was that “mission accomplished,” wasn’t just the product of a well-conceived plan.  It was something in the structure of HOW I executed that plan.

And started looking at it as part of a more complex battle plan – and mindset was everything.

Let’s be real; there are a lot of things in life that we allow to get in the way of accomplishing the mission.  So you have to have know what it takes to break through.  I discovered that –

It’s fact that if you go into something with only half an idea of what you’re going to do you’re highly likely to crash and burn.  But, if you know every move that you are going to make before take-off and you are in the right frame of mind, you’ll be ready to fly high!

By now you’re wondering, Who is Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour, and why does she think she knows so much about accomplishing goals?

Well, let me give you a little background information.  I am America’s first African American female combat pilot to fly in the United States Military.  When I came home from my two tours in Iraq, I launched VAI Consulting and Training, LLC and hit six figures before the end of the first year.  By teaching my Breakthrough Mentality Mindset, I have helped hundreds of people attain the kind of success I have achieved.
